North East property management company Stay With Us has completed its first acquisition, acquiring the serviced accommodation portfolio of Horizon Stays. This deal has increased Stay With Us's managed property portfolio to more than 200.
Stay With Us, founded in 2023, manages bookings, guests, maintenance, and the daily operations of properties for owners. The company operates across North Yorkshire and Northumberland, with plans to extend into the Lake District.
Chief executive and co-founder Ryan Cresswell stated that the acquisition is a significant milestone for Stay With Us. The company aims for further expansion across the North East through a combination of new management instructions and additional acquisitions.
Horizon Stays, established in 2021, built a serviced accommodation portfolio in the region. Its director, Martin McManus, expressed satisfaction with the deal, believing Stay With Us is the appropriate new home for the portfolio.
