Nintendo has announced a global orchestral concert tour to mark the 40th anniversary of The Legend Of Zelda adventure game series. The tour is set to commence in January 2027 with a series of dates in Japan.

The announcement was made during a 30-minute Nintendo Direct event on September 8, which featured a live orchestral performance of Koji Kondo’s score alongside footage from the game series. Koji Kondo stated that Nintendo aims for more people to experience the music live.

Following the Japanese dates, the tour will proceed to North America, Europe, and Australia.
