The Office actor Lucy Davis reveals incurable stage four breast cancer diagnosis

Lucy Davis, known for her role in The Office, has announced she has incurable stage four breast cancer, which has spread to her bones.

Lucy Davis, the actor who played Dawn Tinsley in The Office, has shared that she has incurable stage four breast cancer. The 53-year-old revealed she received her diagnosis a year and a half ago.

The disease has spread to her bones, affecting her spine, right hip, and ribs. Davis stated that chemotherapy is no longer an option for her.

Writing on Instagram, Davis said she is focusing on living out the rest of her life in a fun way. She also highlighted the importance of humour and asked friends and family not to treat her as a “sick person.”

Davis, the daughter of comedian Jasper Carrott, also mentioned she would continue her work for animal rights and hopes to keep acting, describing it as one of the “biggest joys” of her life.
