Therabody has launched the Theragun Sense (2nd Gen), a new massage gun aimed at everyday aches, muscle tension, relaxation, and soreness. The device, which retails for $299, is described as a gentle massaging and relaxation tool.
The Theragun Sense includes built-in visually guided routines displayed on an LCD screen, instructing users on where to apply the massage gun, for how long, and with what pressure. Additional routines are available via the Therabody app and can be synced to the device using Bluetooth.
For personalised recovery, the Therabody app features an AI function called Coach. This AI creates tailored recommendations based on user goals and activity, suggesting target body areas, settings, attachments, and optimal session times. The device also offers five speed settings and comes with a USB-C charging cable, a travel pouch, and two massage attachments.
