  • Sinotruk is a leading Chinese heavy-duty truck producer expanding its sales to over 150 countries.
  • Alphamin, a tin producer, is positioned to benefit from increasing demand for tin in AI servers and semiconductors.

Analysts at Fidelity Emerging Markets have highlighted three emerging market stocks they consider to have strong fundamentals and quality. These companies are Cosmecca Korea, Sinotruk, and Alphamin.

Cosmecca Korea (Seoul: 241710) is described as Korea's third-largest manufacturer of skincare products for K-beauty brands. The company is positioned to benefit from the global demand for Korean cosmetics, attracting US brands in addition to its Korean clients.

Sinotruk (Hong Kong: 3808) is a dominant producer of heavy-duty trucks in China, comparable to Volvo Trucks or Scania. The company is expanding its reach, selling trucks into more than 150 countries, with Africa noted as a significant growth market due to infrastructure and mining investment.

Alphamin (Vancouver: AFM), a tin producer based in the Democratic Republic of Congo, is highlighted due to growing demand for tin in AI servers, semiconductors, and solar panels. The company operates two high-grade tin mines and produces approximately 7% of the world's mined tin.
