The complex web of a high-profile murder case has deepened further as three men, including a prisoner serving a life sentence for the crime, have pleaded not guilty to multiple weapons charges at Southampton Magistrates' Court. Vickrum Digwa, his father Moga Singh, and brother Gurpreet Digwa are accused of possessing an arsenal of illicit items, including 37 swords, at their family home in St Denys Road, Southampton, on December 4, 2025 – the day after 18-year-old Henry Nowak was murdered.

District Judge Henry Gordon set a trial date for September 27, 2027, with a case management hearing scheduled for June 3, 2027. Gurpreet Digwa and Moga Singh are currently on bail, while Vickrum Digwa appeared remotely from HMP Frankland via videolink. The charges against the trio include multiple counts of possessing prohibited weapons, with some offences dating back to the day after Nowak's murder. Of particular note is the fact that Gurpreet Digwa faced additional charges related to an air weapon in a public place and possession of a Kirpan.
