The British Embassy Kyiv is seeking proposals from non-profit organisations for project work under the Integrated Security Fund (ISF) Ukraine. The initiative, part of the ISF Ukraine International Crimes Accountability (ICA) programme, aims to support criminal accountability for international crimes in Ukraine.
As of February 2026, prosecution authorities in Ukraine have documented more than 240,000 conflict-related offences, including over 211,000 war crimes. Millions of victims and witnesses are dispersed across Ukraine and beyond, with many outside the direct reach of justice institutions.
The project will focus on supporting Ukraine's domestic accountability efforts, including fostering a communication strategy for witnesses and survivors of international crimes within prosecution bodies. It also aims to strengthen coordination models between the Coordination Centre for Victims and Witnesses within the Office of the Prosecutor General (CCVW OPG) and local units, prosecutors, local authorities, social services, and NGOs.
This initiative could target all 12 oblasts where the Centre has established regional offices, or a smaller number of oblasts as a pilot. The indicative maximum funding for this project is £700,000. Projects are to be implemented and all payments made between 1 October 2026 and 31 March 2027.
