Watermans, an estate agency and legal business, has opened its fifth office in Bonnyrigg, Midlothian. This expansion marks the firm's second new branch opening this year, following the launch of its Dunfermline office in March.
The new Bonnyrigg branch aims to support the firm's estate agency activities across Midlothian and surrounding areas. It also brings Neil Reid, a local property professional with 15 years of experience in the Bonnyrigg market, into the business as a consultant valuer.
Scott Whyte, managing director at Watermans, stated that the Bonnyrigg office is part of the business's long-term plans and will provide a base closer to clients in Midlothian. Shawn Wood, director and head of conveyancing, will oversee legal property work from the new office, aiming to make legal services more accessible in the area.
