A winding-up order was issued against PS & B – Estate Management Limited (company number: 11551488) on 19 August 2026. The court has appointed the Official Receiver as the liquidator for the company.
The Official Receiver is continuing to wind down the company and has begun an investigation into the company, its directors, and the status of any funds held at the time of the winding-up order. Advice is currently being sought on these matters, and an update will be provided when available.
Individuals who worked for PS & B – Estate Management Limited and reside in England, Scotland, or Wales may be eligible to apply for redundancy and other payments. Contractors are not eligible for the Redundancy Payments Service in this case.
Those who have paid the company for unreceived goods or services, or self-employed contractors owed money, should register as creditors by completing a Proof of Debt form.
