Xbox Game Pass subscribers can anticipate a bolstered library this June 2026, as Microsoft confirms an additional six titles joining the service. These new games, which include popular franchises, arrive following a period of strategic adjustments for the subscription platform, including a recent price reduction aimed at regaining subscribers.
The newly announced titles for June and early July include Junkster (available now for Ultimate and PC), Call Of Duty: Vanguard (June 17 for Ultimate, PC and Premium), EA Sports FC 26 (June 18 for Ultimate and PC), Abyssus (June 25 for Ultimate, PC and Premium), RV There Yet? (June 30 for Ultimate, PC and Premium), and Winds Of Arcana: Ruination (July 6 for Ultimate, PC and Premium). Additionally, Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3+4 will join Premium on July 2, having already been available for Ultimate and PC subscribers.
This wave of additions comes on the heels of earlier June releases such as Final Fantasy 6, Jurassic World Evolution 3, and The Elder Scrolls Online. The expanded content library is part of Microsoft's efforts to enhance the value proposition of Xbox Game Pass, particularly after a significant price increase in late 2025 reportedly led to millions of cancellations. Microsoft subsequently lowered subscription costs, a move new Xbox boss Asha Sharma described as a "good first step" towards improving subscriber acquisition and retention.
However, the revised subscription model also includes changes to the availability of new Call of Duty titles, which will now not be added to Game Pass for at least a year post-launch. Concurrently, four games have been removed from the service this week: Jurassic World Evolution 2, Lost In Random: The Eternal Die, Splitgate: Arena Reload, and Warhammer 40k Space Marine – Master Crafted Edition.
These developments unfold against a backdrop of wider challenges for Microsoft's gaming division. The company recently disclosed difficulties in making its new console, 'Project Helix', affordable due to a hardware component "crisis". Ms. Sharma has also indicated a need for the company to become more streamlined and focused, prompting speculation about potential layoffs and studio closures within the Xbox ecosystem.
