Sponsored Content Policy
UKPulse may publish advertising, sponsored articles, commercial placements or partnership content. We aim to keep commercial material clearly distinguishable from editorial coverage.
Clear Labelling
Sponsored content should be clearly labelled using terms such as “Sponsored”, “Sponsored Content”, “Advertisement” or similar wording. Advertisers must not present paid material as independent editorial coverage.
Editorial Separation
- Advertisers do not control UKPulse editorial coverage.
- Sponsored content may be refused if it creates legal, reputational or reader-safety concerns.
- UKPulse may edit, reject or remove sponsored content that is misleading, unsafe or unsuitable for our audience.
Advertising Standards
Advertisers are responsible for ensuring their claims, offers and promotions comply with applicable advertising, consumer protection and sector-specific rules. Sponsored content must not be misleading.
Restricted Categories
UKPulse may decline advertising related to scams, unsafe financial schemes, misleading health claims, illegal products, hate or extremist content, adult content, weapons, tobacco, gambling or other categories we consider unsuitable.
No Endorsement
Publication of advertising or sponsored content does not mean UKPulse endorses the advertiser, product or service unless explicitly stated.
