A 13-year-old boy from St Agnes has established a dairy business, Sid's Dairy, using a single cow to produce milk and cream. Charlie sells the products directly to customers.

Charlie, who grew up around animals, milks his Jersey cow, Clare, daily after school using a portable milking machine. He reportedly bought Clare as a calf with money he had saved for two years.

He stated that if his products continue to sell out daily, he would consider acquiring another cow to increase milk production. Charlie also pays for Clare's food and a portion of her veterinary expenses.
