Actor Noel Clarke charged with sexual offences

Actor Noel Clarke has been charged with a number of sexual offences, the Metropolitan Police has confirmed.

  • Noel Clarke faces two counts of sexual assault, three counts of voyeurism, and one count of exposure.
  • The alleged offences relate to five women and are said to have occurred between 2007 and 2016.
  • Mr Clarke is scheduled to appear at Westminster Magistrates' Court on 21 October.

Actor Noel Clarke has been charged with a number of sexual offences, the Metropolitan Police has confirmed. The charges follow an investigation that began in September 2025.

The Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) has decided to prosecute Mr Clarke with two counts of sexual assault, three counts of voyeurism, and one count of exposure. These charges relate to allegations made by five women concerning sexual misconduct that reportedly took place between 2007 and 2016.

Mr Clarke, 50, of Kensington, is set to appear at Westminster Magistrates' Court on 21 October. Detective Superintendent Mike Cagney stated that the women connected to these charges are receiving support from specially trained officers.

Bethan David, Deputy Chief Crown Prosecutor for CPS London, reminded the public that proceedings are active and the defendant has a right to a fair trial, urging no reporting, commentary, or online sharing of information that could prejudice the case.
