Actor Noel Clarke has been charged with sexual offences, including sexual assault, voyeurism, and exposure. The Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) authorised the Metropolitan Police to charge the 50-year-old on Wednesday.
Mr Clarke, from Kensington, west London, faces two counts of sexual assault, three charges of voyeurism, and one charge of exposure. These alleged offences are said to have occurred between 2007 and 2016 and involve five women.
The charges follow an investigation by detectives that began a year ago. A man, then in his 40s, was arrested on 25 September 2025 in connection with the investigation.
The CPS stated on Wednesday that its prosecutors had determined there was sufficient evidence to bring the case to court and that it was in the public interest to do so. Mr Clarke has not yet publicly responded to the charges.
