Anthony Joshua has not yet signed the contract for an anticipated all-British boxing match against Tyson Fury, according to promoter Frank Warren. Warren stated that Fury has already signed his contract for the bout and is awaiting Joshua's signature.
Fury reportedly indicated on Tuesday that an announcement was imminent, sharing an image on Instagram suggesting New York City as the location. While Madison Square Garden is expected to host the fight, Joshua's camp reportedly prefers Wembley Stadium.
Warren clarified that the location is not a barrier for Fury, who signed a contract that is not dependent on the venue. He added that Fury signed for the fight in January, with an initial plan for it to take place in September. However, the fight was postponed following Joshua's involvement in a car crash last December.
