TechCrunch Disrupt 2026 is set to bring more than 10,000 innovators, founders, investors and industry leaders to San Francisco from October 13-15. Organisers are inviting people to apply to host a Side Event, which can take place anytime between October 10-16.
Side Events are promoted to Disrupt attendees through the official calendar and marketing channels. The format is flexible, with past events including industry roundtables, VC office hours, workshops and networking happy hours. Events must be open to both Disrupt attendees and the broader public, and organisers recommend holding them in the evenings during the main conference days.
There is no cost to apply or participate. Applicants need to have a venue in the Bay Area, a title, description and venue details ready, and should review the Side Events Host Guide and terms and conditions. The deadline to apply is September 4.
