Arga, a startup developing training environments for enterprise AI agents, announced on Wednesday that it has secured $10 million in a seed funding round. General Catalyst led the investment, with additional participation from Box Group, Emergence, Gradient, and SV Angel.
The company creates training environments that digitally replicate enterprise software, such as Salesforce, Workday, and email clients. Unlike most testing environments that offer stateless API endpoints, Arga builds a complete digital twin of the software, including permission systems and web hooks.
This method aims to provide a more robust way to train AI agents, particularly for complex interactions across multiple enterprise systems. Arga's solution allows for easy resetting and modification of these digital environments, enabling agents to be trained on scenarios that are difficult to replicate in live enterprise software.
