An 88-year-old grandfather from Laneshaw Bridge, Lancashire, has expressed shock after receiving a personal message from Arnold Schwarzenegger on TikTok. Mick Wadge began exercising at home after the death of his wife, Margaret.

His personal trainer, Ross Starkie, stated that Schwarzenegger found them after the BBC shared a video of Wadge working out. Schwarzenegger, himself a 79-year-old grandfather, told Wadge: "Love what you are doing! Keep pumping!"
