Barry Manilow cancelled his Saturday concert in Las Vegas after ending his Friday show early. His representatives attributed the cancellations to bronchitis, stating that "Barry got hit with bronchitis and had to cancel his Friday and Saturday shows."
The 83-year-old singer had returned to the Vegas stage on Thursday, 8 October, following a six-week break from his residency due to health issues. On Friday, he reportedly left the stage after performing only two songs.
Manilow was diagnosed with lung cancer in December last year and underwent surgery to remove a tumour from his left lung. He had previously postponed his Vegas residency and several tour dates to recover, and in August, he cut short another Vegas show, citing "technical difficulties."
