Bayeux Tapestry Tickets for Early 2027 Release in October

Tickets for the Bayeux Tapestry exhibition at the British Museum for January to March 2027 will be available from 21 October 2026. British Museum members will have priority booking from 6 October.

The next release of tickets for the Bayeux Tapestry exhibition at the British Museum will be for the period of 1 January to 31 March 2027. These tickets are scheduled to become available for purchase on 21 October 2026.
British Museum members will be able to access priority booking for these dates starting from 6 October. Tickets for April to 11 July 2027 are expected to be released in early 2027.
The exhibition, which displays the 70-metre-long tapestry flat in an illuminated glass cabinet, runs from September 2026 to July 2027. The initial batch of tickets, covering 10 September to 31 December 2026, sold out within 24 hours of their release in July.
The British Museum has also launched the Bayeux Around Britain programme, which includes online events and activities at over 60 museums and heritage sites.
