Real Madrid teammates Jude Bellingham and Marc Cucurella were involved in a fierce on-field spat during Spain's 3-2 Nations League win over England at Wembley on Saturday night. The incident, however, was later laughed off by Bellingham.
Bellingham expressed his displeasure with a challenge from Cucurella late in the first half, exchanging words with his club colleague. The argument between the Madrid pair reportedly continued even after the ball had moved away.
Despite the heated exchange, Bellingham made light of the clash when questioned by journalists after the game. He broke into a broad grin and laughed as he walked past reporters exiting the stadium.
Spain secured their victory with Mikel Oyarzabal scoring the winner in the 74th minute. The world champions capitalised on two defensive errors from England, with Lamine Yamal scoring in the second minute and Alex Baena adding another on the hour mark.
