Bellway has introduced a new brand identity as the company celebrates its 80th anniversary. The refreshed branding is currently in use across its digital platforms.
The new look is scheduled to appear on Bellway developments this month. This includes sites such as DH1 in Durham, Monument Meadows in Pelton, Hartford Edge in Cramlington, and Baydale Village in Darlington.
According to Bellway, the brand refresh project was spearheaded by its marketing team at the group's headquarters near Newcastle Airport. The initiative followed research conducted with customers.
Nicola Hughes, Bellway's marketing director, stated that the refreshed brand signifies an important milestone for the company's evolution and future ambitions. Chief executive Jason Honeyman noted that the housebuilding industry has "changed beyond recognition" over the past 80 years.
