Bentley is set to unveil its first electric vehicle, the Torcal luxury SUV, on 23 September. The new model is named after El Torcal de Antequera in southern Spain, a limestone landscape known for its rock formations.
The Torcal will sit below the Bentayga in Bentley's range and is expected to be around five metres long. Bentley has confirmed the SUV will offer more than 300 miles of range.
Details regarding power, battery size, charging speeds, and performance are anticipated to be released closer to the full unveiling. The design is expected to retain traditional Bentley proportions, with an illuminated front grille featuring a three-dimensional diamond pattern.
Inside, the Torcal is planned to feature handcrafted luxury and modern technology, including premium materials, physical controls, and a large central touchscreen.
