An inquest has opened in Birmingham into the death of a man who fell from a rooftop bar. Richard Ayling, 41, died on 4 May after the incident at Herman and Cooper on Colmore Row, Birmingham's financial centre. The inquest, which was held at the West Midlands Coroner's Court, is being led by Senior Coroner, Zafar Siddique.
