Property consultancy Bradley Hall has moved its Manchester operation to larger city-centre premises on King Street. The relocation follows growth in its valuation business and aims to provide capacity for further recruitment.
The Manchester team, which covers Greater Manchester, Cumbria, Lancashire, Cheshire, and Merseyside, focuses primarily on residential and commercial valuations. Bradley Hall has recently made three appointments: Sienna Baker as a graduate surveyor, Benjamin Riddle as associate director, and Matthew Beswick as a chartered surveyor.
Further appointments are planned over the coming months. Neil Hart, Bradley Hall chief executive, stated the move would provide additional capacity to recruit surveyors and meet demand for valuation work.
