Property consultancy Knight Frank has reported receiving more than 170 enquiries from agents interested in its self-employed affiliate broker network. The firm announced this figure alongside the appointment of two new affiliate brokers.

Jack McGovern and Caesar Matthias joined the network on 1 October. McGovern will cover Blackheath and Greenwich, while Matthias will cover Shepherd’s Bush and Brook Green.

The model allows self-employed residential brokers to operate independently in partnership with Knight Frank, earning commission on transactions and referral fees. Knight Frank provides operational and regulatory support.

The firm is now targeting further expansion, seeking residential brokers for several more London and commuter markets, including Muswell Hill and Crouch End, Barnes and Sheen, and Radlett and Hadley Wood. These locations are part of a wider strategy to expand into 36 markets.
