The comedy-drama 'You're Killing Me', featuring Brooke Shields, has been commissioned for a second series. Shields portrays Allison Chandler, a successful cosy mystery novelist in the picturesque town of Founder's Cove, Maine, in the six-part show.
The series sees Allison Chandler team up with young true crime podcaster Andi (Amalia Williamson) to investigate a series of murders, starting with the apparent suicide of Allison's friend, Nash Gilbert.
Despite a critical review describing the show as "thin, lazy and so disappointing," the commissioning of a second series has been met with hope for improvement.
