Caroline Dubois has escalated her desire for a fight with Alycia Baumgardner, after the two boxers traded words at a Birmingham event last month.
In August, Dubois, 25, successfully defended her WBC and WBO lightweight titles by defeating Amelia Moore. Following her victory, she had an exchange with Baumgardner, who was present at the BP Pulse Live arena.
Baumgardner, a former undisputed super-featherweight champion, is scheduled to challenge Elif Nur Turhan for the IBF lightweight belt in November. Dubois has expressed interest in a unification bout should Baumgardner win that fight.
Dubois stated she would prefer the fight to take place in the UK, suggesting the O2 Arena in Southeast London as a potential venue.
