Condé Nast Traveller is inviting readers to an evening celebrating the Cayman Islands at Wild by Tart in Belgravia, London. The event is scheduled for Wednesday 30 September from 6.30pm.
The dinner will be hosted by acclaimed Caymanian street food chef Diego Smith, who will bring the island's Caribbean culinary culture to life through cocktails, canapés and a dinner with wine pairings.
Chef Diego Smith will present a menu inspired by Cayman's fresh produce and local traditions. Dishes are expected to include mahi ceviche in fresh orange marinade, jerk pork belly on cassava charcoal, grilled chicken papaya salad and traditional Cayman snapper, coconut and breadfruit run-down stew.
Tickets are from £100 per person, including a cocktail-and-canapé reception and dinner with wine pairings. The venue is Wild by Tart, 3-4 Eccleston Yards, Belgravia, London, SW1W 9AZ.
