The complete league-phase schedule for the 2026/27 Uefa Champions League has been unveiled, outlining the routes for Premier League teams including Arsenal, Manchester United, Liverpool, Manchester City, and Aston Villa towards the knockout rounds.
The opening round of fixtures will take place between 8 and 10 September. Aston Villa will kick off their campaign away against Club Brugge at 5:45pm BST. Other Matchday One highlights include Manchester City travelling to Porto, Liverpool hosting Atletico Madrid, Arsenal facing Napoli, and Manchester United returning to the competition with a home game against Sabah FC.
Later in the league phase, significant clashes are scheduled, such as Manchester City hosting current holders PSG in Round Two on 13 October. Arsenal will travel to Bayern Munich in Matchday Three, while the Gunners will also host Real Madrid on 8 December. Manchester United's biggest game is set for 19/20 January when they host Bayern Munich, and Aston Villa will face Barcelona away on 3 or 4 November.
Teams finishing in the top eight of the league phase table will automatically advance to the round of 16. Those placed 9th-24th will compete in a knockout round play-off across 16/17 and 23/24 February. The round of 16 is slated for March, quarter-finals for April, and semi-finals for late April and early May, culminating in the final on 5 June 2027 at Atletico Madrid’s Metropolitano Stadium.
