Chelsea have informed Manchester City that they have until 5pm today to submit a bid for midfielder Enzo Fernandez. The Blues are demanding £120m for the Argentina international, a price City had reportedly hoped to negotiate.

Manchester City, meanwhile, are in ongoing talks with Barcelona regarding Rodri, who is available for £60m. City have also shown interest in Lille's Ayyoub Bouaddi, while Savinho is reportedly nearing a £65m move from the Etihad to Tottenham.

Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has indicated that the Gunners' transfer business is not yet complete. The club is reportedly eyeing a marquee signing, with Victor Osimhen, Julian Alvarez of Atletico Madrid, and Paris Saint-Germain's Bradley Barcola among those linked. Liverpool are also in talks with PSG for Barcola, who the European champions value at £145m.
