Chestertons has appointed Andrew Chrysanthou as regional director of Central London lettings. Mr Chrysanthou, who has over 15 years of experience in lettings and has been with Chestertons for nine years, will oversee teams across central London. His focus will be on landlord relationships and business development within the varied market.
Separately, Moveli has announced the appointment of Tristan Redburn, formerly of Hamptons, to lead a new business department. This department will concentrate on generating instructions for Moveli's self-employed agents, aiming to increase the current figure of over 100 seller leads generated monthly. The initiative will involve targeted prospecting and leveraging existing client databases.
In other industry news, Joby Russell, previously vice president of marketing at Zoopla, has moved to private hire operator Veezu as chief marketing officer. Mr Russell's career spans more than a decade in consumer marketing, including roles at Purplebricks and Confused.com.
