Smart ring manufacturer Circular today unveiled its new Ring 3 series, which will include a Pro model and a Slim option. Both smart rings are set to feature an integrated NFC chip for contactless payments and vibrating alerts for alarms and reminders.
The Ring 3 Pro model is designed to be slimmer than its predecessor and includes FDA-cleared ECG for Afib detection, blood pressure trend tracking, glucose tracking, and advanced sleep analysis. It is expected to offer up to 12 days of battery life.
The Slim option is described as thinner and lighter than the Pro, providing basic health and wellness tracking, including sleep, heart rate, and daily activity. This model will feature up to 10 days of battery life.
Both Ring 3 models are made from titanium steel, are water-resistant to 50 metres, and support wireless charging. They will be available in sizes 6–14 and in gold, rose gold, silver, and black.
