A documentary airing tonight will focus on the case of Rhianan Rudd, who became the youngest girl in the UK to be charged with terror offences in 2020 at the age of 15.
Rudd took her own life two years later, in 2022, five months after the charges against her were dropped. The programme will feature her family, exploring her vulnerable background and mental health issues.
The documentary will also address how Rudd was reportedly groomed online by a neo-Nazi during lockdown, and how she scratched a swastika on her head with a bobby pin.
