Esmee Gummer, 35, is undertaking a 5,000km (3,107 miles) running challenge across the UK and Ireland. The project, named The Nation's 5k, involves her leading a free 5km (3.1 mile) run club in every British city, as well as Dublin.
Gummer, who was paralysed from the waist down at 18 following surgery complications, began her journey in Inverness in June. She aims to complete the challenge in 99 days, running for up to seven hours daily and covering up to 70km (43.5 miles) on some days.
She has visited over 50 cities so far, with a support crew driving a campervan between locations while she runs on foot. The challenge is raising funds for the charities Wings for Life and Sport in Mind, and Gummer plans to make donations to organisations nominated by people in each city she visits.
The final day of the challenge is anticipated to be on 3 October in London.
