Estate agents using several major Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems can now automate the ordering, movement, and removal of 'For Sale' and 'To Let' boards. This new service is a result of a partnership between National Independent Board Services (NIBS) and proptech firm openmoove.
The integration is currently available through Alto, Street, Rex, Loop, and Apex27 CRMs. Further CRM integrations are anticipated to follow. Once connected, the system monitors changes to a property's status within the CRM, automatically triggering instructions related to the board.
This automation aims to eliminate the need for agents to place separate orders or manually request changes and collections. For example, the system can trigger the removal of a board after a property transaction is completed, which NIBS suggests should reduce the number of boards left outside properties post-completion. The network serves over 5,000 estate agency offices across the UK.
