Swiss watchmaker Gallet, which ceased operations in 1994, has relaunched with a new range of 11 watches across four collections. The brand is now being "manufactured by Breitling" and aims to differentiate itself with a focus on adventure.
Among the new offerings are updated versions of the Flying Officer, a worldtimer originally designed to show refuelling stops, and the MultiChron, available in both aviation-inspired Pilot and sportier Racing versions. Most Flying Officer and MultiChron models are equipped with the Sellita SW510 movement, renamed the Gallet 23, and are priced at £3,400 on a strap or £3,600 on a bracelet.
A time-only version of the Flying Officer, without a chronograph, is also available for £2,200. Additionally, the Gallet Classics Collection features three chronographs, including the MultiChron 45, Yachting Big Eye, and Silverlight, which incorporate Breitling's B01 movement and are priced at £5,300.
