Estate agents introduce AI assistants for 24/7 customer enquiries

Homeflow has launched an AI live chat service for estate agency websites, designed to handle enquiries from buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants around the clock.

  • Homeflow's AI live chat can answer questions about agency branches, services, and property listings.
  • The system captures contact details, viewing requests, and valuation enquiries for agents to follow up.
  • Bradleys Estate Agents is already using the technology, with its AI assistant named "Brad" handling hundreds of conversations.

Homeflow has introduced an AI live chat service for estate agents, enabling them to manage website enquiries 24 hours a day. This tool is designed to respond to questions from buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants, even when agency offices are closed.

The technology uses information about an agency's branches, services, and property listings to provide answers. It also considers the specific page a visitor is viewing, allowing it to address questions about a particular property or a valuation page.

The AI live chat aims to convert website visitors into leads by capturing contact details, viewing requests, and valuation enquiries. Homeflow's Lead Manager then records this information for agents to follow up. Estate agents can integrate this live chat into websites built by various providers.

Bradleys Estate Agents has already implemented the technology, naming its AI assistant "Brad". Kai Logan, director at Bradleys, stated that "Brad" has handled several hundred conversations since being switched on a month ago, always steering the discussion towards a valuation.

Why this matters: The introduction of AI assistants could change how estate agents manage customer interactions and capture leads outside of traditional office hours.

What this means for you: You may encounter AI-powered live chat services on estate agency websites for enquiries about properties or services.
