Nottingham Forest are in advanced talks over a deal to sign Crystal Palace defender Daniel Munoz. The proposed transfer could be worth up to £25m.
Colombia international Munoz has emerged as a late transfer target for Forest boss Oliver Glasner, who previously managed the full-back during his tenure at Selhurst Park. Discussions regarding the deal have reportedly accelerated since Palace's 4-1 defeat by Manchester City on Friday.
An agreement between the two clubs is understood to be close as Tuesday's transfer deadline approaches. Munoz, 30, joined Palace from Belgian side Genk in 2024 and has just under two years remaining on his current contract. Palace are prepared to sell the player this summer.
Crystal Palace signed Anan Khalaili earlier this summer from Royale Union Saint-Gilloise, and the Israel international is expected to replace Munoz in Pierre Sage's team.
