Giles Hart, who previously served as national managing director for Connells Group, has been appointed growth director at independent agency Minors & Brady. Mr Hart brings more than 26 years of experience in the property sector, having overseen approximately 1,000 branches nationwide during his time at Connells Group.
His new role at Minors & Brady, an East of England estate agency operating across Norfolk and Suffolk, is part of the firm's plans for expansion. The agency intends to grow its sales, lettings, mortgage, and other service operations, and is also recruiting across various departments.
In a separate development, Jamie Salisbury, formerly the City & East sales director for Foxtons, has transitioned to eXp UK as a self-employed estate agent. Mr Salisbury, who previously managed Foxtons' sales operations across 12 London offices, has partnered with Hussain Qazalbash, a former Foxtons sales manager. They are initially focusing on Borehamwood, Radlett, Elstree, and Shenley, with plans to expand their geographical reach after Mr Salisbury's non-compete restrictions conclude in January.
