Independent estate agency Pymm and Co has relocated its Norwich headquarters to larger premises. The move to 46 Rose Lane from Ber Street follows the acquisition of rival lettings firm Starkings & Watson Lettings, consolidating specialist teams under one roof.
The agency had been at its former Ber Street office for 20 years. Managing director Steve Pymm, who founded the business in 2006, stated that the company had outgrown its previous premises.
Pymm and Co expanded into financial services in 2007 through Broadland Consultants and launched a dedicated lettings division in 2008. Its growth has included acquisitions of several lettings portfolios. In 2025, the agency expanded beyond Norwich by opening a second office in Sheringham.
