Fortnite's 'Override' Event to Feature Sonic, Tetris, and Persona

Epic Games' Fortnite is launching its 'Override' event next week, bringing classic gaming franchises including Sonic The Hedgehog, Tetris, and Persona to the online shooter.

The 'Override' event, also known as Fortnite Chapter 7, Season 4, begins on August 20.
Sonic The Hedgehog and the Green Hill Zone, along with Tetris blocks, have been confirmed for the new season.
The world of Persona has also been confirmed to collide with Fortnite as part of the event.

Epic Games has announced that Fortnite's 'Override' event, also known as Chapter 7, Season 4, will launch next week on August 20. The event is set to integrate several iconic gaming franchises into the popular online shooter.

Teasers released this week confirmed the inclusion of Sonic The Hedgehog and its Green Hill Zone, alongside a glimpse of Tetris blocks. A subsequent video on Wednesday, August 12, further confirmed the Tetris crossover.

Beyond these, Epic Games has also confirmed that the world of Persona will be part of the 'Override' event. The company has also teased potential collaborations with Pac-Man and Kingdom Hearts, with rumours circulating about Crash Bandicoot and Mega Man.
