Frank Ocean track to feature in new supernatural horror film 'Leviticus'

The new supernatural horror film 'Leviticus', directed by Adriana Chiarella, will feature Frank Ocean's track 'Self Control' during its end credits. This marks the first time Ocean has approved one of his songs for a film since 'Waves' in 2019.

The Australian film, Chiarella's feature debut, follows two teenagers who must escape a violent entity after undergoing a conversion therapy ritual. The score for 'Leviticus' was composed by Jed Kurzel, a founding member of The Mess Hall, with previous credits including 'Monkey Man' and 'Alien: Covenant'.

Joe Bird and Stacy Clausen lead the cast, which also includes Mia Wasikowska, Jeremy Blewitt, Ewen Leslie, Davida McKenzie, Nicholas Hope, and Zahra Newman. 'Leviticus' is scheduled for release in UK cinemas starting September 4, 2026.
