Glastonbury Festival 2027 general admission tickets have sold out in just 42 minutes. The tickets went on sale at 9am today, Sunday, October 4, with See Tickets confirming the entire allocation was snapped up by 9:42am.
This rapid sell-out follows the coach and ticket packages, which were sold out in under 30 minutes on Thursday, October 1. Glastonbury 2027 will be the first festival since 2025, taking place at Worthy Farm from Wednesday, June 23, to Sunday, June 27.
Organisers announced last month that general admission tickets would cost £408, including a £5 booking fee, marking the first time the price has exceeded £400. Buyers today were required to pay a £100 deposit, with the remaining £308 due between April 1 and 7 next year.
The ticketing process, which debuted during Thursday's coach sale, required fans to enter registration details before accessing a virtual queue. This system tied a single registration to one queue position, showing a row of blocks that gradually turned green as users progressed.
Fans who missed out on tickets will have another chance during the spring 2027 resale, which will include unwanted tickets and those for which the remaining balance has not been paid.
