Talk Of New York is a hot favourite to win the Group Three HKJC World Pool Thoroughbred Stakes (2.25pm) at Goodwood on Friday. The horse previously finished third in the Group One St James’s Palace Stakes last month.
In the same race, Andab, trained by Joseph O’Brien, is suggested as a potential pairing with Talk Of New York in the World Pool Quinella market. Andab will return to a mile trip and will wear blinkers, replacing the visor used previously.
Elsewhere on Friday's card, Indalo has been given a good draw in stall six for the Coral Golden Mile (3.00pm). Indalo, who recently won at Sandown, is likely to be close to favourite. Charging Thunder is highlighted as a value option in the opening Coral Goodwood Handicap (1.50pm) over two-and-a-half miles.
