The Guild of Property Professionals is embarking on a nationwide tour this autumn, bringing its members together for a series of regional meetings. These gatherings are intended to create a space for independent agents to have honest conversations, share experiences, and receive practical support.
The tour is scheduled to start in Exeter on 7 September and will visit various locations across the UK until 19 November. Senior leaders from Guild Member offices will have the opportunity to connect with other property professionals and openly discuss the challenges and opportunities facing their businesses and local markets.
Iain McKenzie, CEO of The Guild of Property Professionals, will host each meeting. The informal round table format encourages members to share what is working, discuss issues, and learn from agents who may be encountering similar challenges.
The Guild believes in the value of a community where independent agents can support one another, despite the competitive nature of the property market. McKenzie stated that conversations between members often provide the greatest value, as agents can share solutions to challenges or new approaches that could benefit others.
