The High Court is expected to issue a judgment in the coming weeks regarding the parole of Glyn Razzell, who was convicted of murdering his wife Linda in 2002. Linda Razzell's body has never been found.
The Parole Board decided in April that Mr Razzell could be released, but this decision was referred to the High Court. A two-day hearing was held on Monday and Tuesday.
Cat Razzell, Linda's daughter, has spoken out against her father's release. She believes he should not be released until he admits what he did and reveals where her mother's body is.
Mr Razzell was sentenced to life in prison for Linda's murder. Linda disappeared in March 2002 on her way to work in Swindon while in the process of divorcing Mr Razzell.
