Smilla Holmberg's late heroics secured a 1-1 draw for Arsenal against Manchester United in the Women's Super League, denying Eva Olid her inaugural victory as United manager. Holmberg found the net in the fifth minute of added time, converting Leah Williamson's cross at the back post.

Manchester United had taken the lead in the 67th minute when Julia Zigiotti Olme capitalised on a short pass from Georgia Stanway, slotting the ball past Misa Rodriguez. This result gives United their first point of the campaign, moving them off the bottom of the table.

Arsenal, meanwhile, recorded their second consecutive draw, placing them in fourth position. Elsewhere in the league, Chelsea climbed to second, two points behind leaders Manchester City, after a 2-0 win over Birmingham. London City Lionesses are now third, one point further back, following a 4-1 victory against promoted Charlton, who subsequently dropped to last place.
