Netflix has confirmed the cancellation of the comedy-thriller 'How To Get To Heaven From Belfast', meaning the show will not return for a second season.

The series, which debuted in February, followed three friends travelling from Belfast to Donegal for a funeral, only to uncover mysteries surrounding a death. The first eight-part season was well-received, achieving 95 per cent on Rotten Tomatoes and reportedly drawing an estimated 1.8 million viewers in its first week, placing it in the UK top ten.

Lisa McGee, creator of 'Derry Girls', developed the show. Neither McGee nor the principal cast members, Roisin Gallagher, Sinéad Keenan, and Caoilfhionn Dunne, have commented on the cancellation at the time of writing.
