World number two Luke Humphries has powered into the World Grand Prix final, overcoming James Wade with a 5-3 victory. Humphries, who averaged 96.92 and hit 10 180s, will make his fourth successive appearance in the final.
He will face Welshman Gerwyn Price on Sunday evening in Leicester. Price secured his spot by beating Nathan Aspinall 5-2 in a spirited semi-final contest.
Humphries, who won the title in 2023 but lost the last two finals, expressed his determination to lift the trophy. Price, meanwhile, was "frustrated" by Aspinall's interactions with the crowd during their match.
